Walking

Walking is the simplest form of exercise. No technical training is required to learn to walk (in most circumstances)
and walking can be performed in most climatic conditions when appropriate attire is in place. So, really, what do you
need to walk? The answer is nothing. But, like anything we cortically active bipeds endure, distraction is usually required
lest boredom set in and then
we set down.
