The bottom section is made using urethane coated 1000D nylon on the outside and 420D nylon on the inside. The upper has an external waterproof/breathable outer shell and a lightweight taffeta nylon liner. The front closure utilizes a heavy duty zipper plus velcro storm flap to keep you protected. Elastic drawcord around the top features a "quick fix" system where you only have to use one hand to tighten or loosen the drawcord. The instep strap is high strength neoprene with a metal buckle. Elastic at the heel allows for a more contoured fit and greater ability for adjustment. Color: Black
