The HullyRollers are sold as a pair and provide a rolling saddle that attaches to an
existing set of Yakima towers and crossbars (sold separately) to permit secure roof-top
hauling of a kayak. These injection molded and Stainless steel components including wide,
Kraton (TM) rollers are designed to ease loading of kayaks by creating a surface that the
craft is rolled across while the universal pivot point continuously adjusts to maintain
cushioned contact with the hull surface. Two 16' heavy duty straps are included which
are used to pull and hold the boat down and against the rollers after loading. HullyRollers
can be mounted to either round-bars or WingBars (using 2 sets of Wing MightyMounts which
are sold separately). HullyRollers are combined with Mako saddles or another pair
of HullyRollers (both sold separately) to provide hull support over both cross-bars of
the roof rack. This roller-cradle system dramatically reduces back-strain the eases the
loading of long kayaks and rowing shells.
